A4 Idaho joined the Boise area market in 2006, when our founders, Joel & Laura Anderson moved to the area. We have spent the time here, learning and growing as real estate professionals in order to better serve our clients. Joel began his career in real estate in 2005 in Bend Oregon. He grew up with a dream of owning and selling real estate, after having a second family who showed him the ropes. He has a passion for helping others accomplish their dream of homeownership and is a wealth of knowledge. He is a Realtor(r) who understands the buying & selling process and works closely with his clients, always keeping their values top of mind. He has built a community of friends and clients that continue to trust him with their real estate needs.

Laura Anderson

Owner, Real Estate Agent & Marketing Director

Laura began real estate in a round about way, when she accepted an accounting position in real estate. She decided, after working alongside her husband and seeing his passion, she decided to join him. She is now a licensed Realtor(r) and has been helping clients accomplish their dreams since 2019. Along with helping clients buy and sell, Laura runs all of the company's marketing, which as you can tell from this website, she has a passion for!
